Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the fabrication of crowns and bridges. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in delivering precise, consistent lab work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate crowns and bridges
• Read and interpret prescriptions and specifications from dentists
• Operate and maintain dental lab equipment and tools
• Perform trimming, finishing, and polishing to ensure proper fit and function
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Deliver cases to any of the seven office locations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental lab experience required (2+ years preferred)
• Strong experience in crown and bridge work
• Knowledge of dental materials and lab procedures
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries)

Preferred (Optional but Helps You Stand Out)

• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and digital workflows
• Background in crown and bridge lab work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
