JOB DESCRIPTION

Universal BIM is looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MEP BIM modeling, Revit, HVAC systems, and coordination for UAE/GCC projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain accurate Mechanical/HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed BIM models and shop drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate Mechanical services with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Prepare layouts, sections, details and construction documentation.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and project teams.
• Follow UAE project requirements, standards and BIM procedures.
• Support the team in delivering projects within required timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of HVAC and Mechanical systems.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of UAE codes, standards and consultant requirements.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
