Programmatic Business Operations Intern at Unity in New York, NY

Summary: Unity3D is the world’s leading game engine, powering play for more than 3 billion consumers each month. They are seeking a high-energy, analytical Summer Intern to join their programmatic ads commercial organization, where the intern will assist in strategic planning, data analysis, and AI research to optimize operations and accelerate revenue. Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination of quarterly planning cycles - Help prep materials for business review sessions and track the alignment of team KPIs and OKRs against our broader business goals - Support the team by conducting data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks in our current processes - Help turn raw data into actionable insights for the leadership team - Act as a "scout" the programmatic team on AI business transformation - Help research enterprise AI tools, identify specific workflow areas ripe for optimization, and assist in building the business case for new vendor partnerships - Support senior leaders on strategic initiatives, gaining a front-row seat to how high-level business decisions are made and communicated - Take "point" on a specific, high-visibility project within the programmatic ads space, managing project timelines and cross-functional communication from start to finish - Support the Unity Audience Hub in key GTM processes including building targeting audiences for pitches and RFPs and assist the ad operations and account management team in pre-sales and post-sales audience insights deliverables for major agencies and brand advertising customers Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Rising Juniors/Seniors or Grad students preferred) - Comfortable working with data sets and a basic understanding of how to translate numbers into a 'story.' - Familiarity with Google Sheets - Experience performing in-depth research and simple financial acumen - Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows and deliver work output more efficiently - Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders, written and verbal - Experience in Google Docs and building Google Slide presentations Preferred Qualifications: - Adaptability - Ability to work in fast-paced environments - Self-starter drive - AI enterprise familiarity - Interested in adtech and gaming Required Skills: Data Analysis, Google Sheets, AI Tools, Research, Financial Acumen, Google Docs, Google Slides Benefits: Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance, Commute subsidy, Employee stock ownership, Competitive retirement/pension plans, Generous vacation and personal days, Support for new parents through leave and family-care programs, Office food snacks, Mental Health and Wellbeing programs and support, Employee Resource Groups, Global Employee Assistance Program, Training and development programs, Volunteering and donation matching program
