Job Description:
Administrative position responsible for the overall operational support and inventory management of assigned Post Sales SPLUS clients. Day-to-day customer contact for business requirements, operational process development and documentation, escalation management and RCCA review, special projects/requests, and inventory management. Has multiple accounts of average complexity and provides backup support for other employees as needed. Countries Covered: US, Canada and Latin America
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Warehouse Special Projects
Set up and Maintain Order Entry Module Specifics for each Customer
Set up and Maintain Inventory Module Specifics for each Customer
Inventory Research and Reconciliation
Daily Inventory Control
System Adjustments on incorrect On Hand Balances (after Research & Reconciliation)
Warehouse Resource for Instructions, Training, and Go-To Support
Customer Annual and/or Performance Driven Physical Inventories
Call Center Resource for Instructions and Go-To Support
Customer “One-Stop-Shopping” Escalation Point
Customer Ad-Hoc Reporting Requests
Customer Operational Change Notifications
Operational Compliance Conference Calls
