Reporting - Data Analyst Location: Bangalore, KA, India What success looks like in this role: Job Title: Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst Experience: 2 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2 years of experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and hands-on reporting experience across BI tools. The role requires high competence in SQL for in-tool reporting and strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and Power Query, to deliver accurate and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and in-tool reporting Use Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, advanced formulas, and Power Query transformation Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements Stay current with evolving data tools, technologies, and best practices Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in Data Analyst / Reporting roles Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, performance optimization) Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau/Qlik acceptable) Good to Have Exposure to data warehousing and ETL concepts Experience with cloud data platforms Basic scripting knowledge (Python or similar) #LI-SN1 You will be successful in this role if you have: BE/B-Tech degree and 2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education in Computer Science or any Engineering Departments.
