Job Description
- Looking for a senior Polyester Spinning professional with strong experience in POY & FDY manufacturing and large-scale spinning operations.
Key Requirements:
- 25+ years in Polyester POY/FDY Manufacturing
- 10+ years in senior leadership
- Strong exposure to Direct Melt Spinning, POY, FDY & polymer processing
- Experience with Barmag / TMT / Oerlikon or equivalent technologies
- Strong expertise in production, quality, cost & plant efficiency
- Experience managing large teams
