L2 Support Engineer at Unify Technologies in Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to Linux operating systems and Java applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using SQL queries and shell scripting skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.

Job Requirements :
• 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and ability to work on command line interfaces (CLI).
• Proficiency in writing efficient shell scripts using various programming languages such as Python or Perl.
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
