Hiring: GenPEM Technical Consultant – Remote

Position: GenPEM Technical Consultant Employment Type: W2 Location: 100% Remote – USA Work Authorization: USC & GC Only

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consulting and implementation support for GenPEM solutions within enterprise digital experience environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement GenPEM capabilities based on business use cases.
• Work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and data teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical solution designs, architecture documentation, workflows, and integration specifications.
• Support data ingestion, customer data, personalization, segmentation, and experience orchestration use cases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, data flows, configurations, and application performance.
• Participate in development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, governance, and technical best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and assist with complex implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for technical improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with GenPEM technical implementations and enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with customer data, personalization, segmentation, and digital experience technologies.
• Knowledge of XDM, schemas, datasets, identity, profiles, and data ingestion is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience working with enterprise development and integration teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
