Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager Sr.
Location: Salt Lake City UT
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead role that provides general administrative support to existing Corporate Trust clients with payment activities
Identify ongoing training opportunities and prepare material during team meetings such as best practice material and procedural reminders. Senior Associates should serve as primary point of contact on Disbursement and Data Associate questions or support. i.e. leadership on answering questions on documents, set ups, how-to, etc.
Firm understanding of governing deal documents
Be the Subject Matter Expert on at least one or more foundational ARM functions
Provide internal training/mentoring and guidance for new associates
Support one or more dedicated Relationship Managers with a full load of clients and transactions
Capable of resolving intermediate administrative issues and providing support to client staff, including some non-routine support
Respond to client inquiries, answers questions regarding products and services
Work with Relationship Managers and/or Legal on more complex accounts and related items and assist with monitoring activities
Participate in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support, as needed
Responsible for establishing a network of strategic contacts. Will have keen focus on the customer experience and how to deliver it through associate engagement, technology, workflows, & processing.

Knowledge & Skills
MINIMUM:
Highly customer focused with strong customer service and networking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Exceptional verbal and written communication with attention to detail
Knowledge of banking and institutional products and services
Knowledge of fee billing structures and processes
Self-directed skills
PREFERRED:
Demonstrates broad knowledge of banking products and services
Demonstrates knowledge of Trust products
Demonstrates knowledge of trust systems
Familiar with aviation and large ticket collateral review
General knowledge of money movement
Requirements
MINIMUM:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4-6 years relevant experience
PREFERRED:
Prior CT, Compliance or Legal experience
Work Environment
Typical office environment, potential for minimal travel
Supervision/Management: No direct management accountabilities
Compensation Ranges:
US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:
$54,220 - $79,020
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:
$49,510 - $72,340
US Employees in all other states not listed above:
$44,790 - $65,650
