Creative Services Traffic Coordinator
Ultradent, a global name in oral health with 46+ years of innovation, is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to support the Creative Services and Marketing teams through project coordination, print production management, vendor communication, and workflow organization. The Creative Services Traffic Coordinator is a full-time position located at headquarters in South Jordan, UT.

Project or traffic management and marketing coordination
Administrative coordination
Creative operations
Print production and vendor management
Important Job Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between Creative Services, stakeholders, and print vendors to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion and projects remain on track
Coordinate print requests from brand and product managers with appropriate vendors for fulfillment
Submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable and manage print shop requests through SharePoint
Maintain records of print requests, work orders, and project updates using Asana project management software
Generate and distribute weekly and bi-weekly Creative Services work order reports for team meetings and status updates
Coordinate monthly team activities and organize team-building meetings to promote collaboration and employee engagement
Purchase materials and supplies needed for the Marketing team from various vendors
Assist with uploading, organizing, and managing digital assets using MediaValet
Oversee final document control in Agile for inventoried assets
Serve as an Asana resource for the Marketing team by providing support and guidance as needed
Identify and implement workflow improvements and process optimizations
Assist the Marketing and Creative Services teams with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed
What we’re looking for in you:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience is ideal
3–5 years of experience in a traffic coordination, marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar role is ideal
Experience working with project management systems (Asana), creative workflows, or print production processes is a plus

Experience with project management platforms such as Asana preferred
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
Experience with Adobe InDesign and digital asset management platforms is a plus
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to support team initiatives and departmental needs
