Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate would have experience with ball mills, spray-dry towers, and batch weighing systems. This person must be able to work within a team environment, exhibit good interpersonal skills, and have some experience in a manufacturing environment. This person must be self-motivated, committed, and highly dependable with a very strong work ethic.
