The Technical Training Project Specialist will collaborate with training leadership to develop training calendars and manage Learning Management Systems activities, ensuring efficient and effective training processes. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with technical training leadership to develop and implement yearly training calendars focused on standards and product-based learnings - Manage Learning Management Systems activities, including course creation, reporting and customer support - Manage administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, vendor management / creation of purchase orders, and meeting coordination - Collaborate with technical training leadership to identify ways to increase efficiencies and productivity by utilization of approved AI tools and processes - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices - Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Some university education in training, education or technical topic - Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with Oracle-based systems ideal - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred Required Skills: Learning Management Systems, MS Office proficiency Important Skills: Oracle-based systems Nice-to-Have Skills: Task management Benefits: Health benefits such as medical, dental and vision, Wellness benefits such as mental and financial health, Retirement savings (401K), Paid time off including vacation (15 days), Holiday including floating holidays (12 days), Sick time off (72 hours)
