Course Adviser – Student Recruitment

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

UK College of Business & Computing (UKCBC) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Course Adviser to join our Student Recruitment team. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication and sales skills who can effectively engage prospective students and drive enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on programmes and admission requirements.
• Manage the complete student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve assigned recruitment and revenue targets.
• Generate and follow up leads through calling, email, SMS and other recruitment campaigns.
• Assist students with applications and required admission documentation.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximise lead conversion.
• Support recruitment events, marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Monitor recruitment performance and contribute towards achieving intake targets.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support recruitment objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in sales and achieving targets; experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Understanding of the student recruitment cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
• Strong communication, counselling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Arabic or additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Flexibility to support recruitment initiatives when required.
