Supervisor, Pavement (Subang Jaya, Selangor)

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-commencement meetings and conduct site demarcation to prepare for construction activities.
• Verify that construction drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are accurate and in order.
• Supervise and monitor activities on-site before construction begins.
• Coordinate the procurement of premix materials, ensuring timely arrival and minimal wastage.
• Conduct toolbox meetings with workers to promote health and safety awareness.
• Ensure that personnel use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow relevant Work Instructions (WIs).
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with planning and drawing specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction site management, adhering to safety standards, and project documentation.
