Who We Are
At UE Systems, we believe that every person, regardless of their industry, company size, experience, or budget, should have the tools and support to help their facilities operate more efficiently, reliably, and safely. We do this by providing a portfolio of ultrasound solutions designed to be versatile and simple to use.

Since 1973, we have helped thousands of customers across the world prevent equipment failures, identify energy losses, and return home safe to their families. We are continuing to grow as we build a more disciplined, globally connected operating system to support our customers and our next stage of growth.

About the Role
We are seeking a technically credible, hunter-minded Territory Sales Manager, Maintenance Industry to rebuild and grow UE Systems’ presence across the Northeast. This person will own the territory, create new pipeline, expand strategic customer relationships, and help maintenance and reliability teams translate ultrasound technology into measurable improvements in uptime, safety, energy efficiency, and asset performance.

This role is ideal for a field-based seller who understands industrial maintenance and reliability, enjoys opening new accounts, and can move comfortably from the plant floor to the executive conference room. The strongest candidates will combine disciplined territory management with the technical confidence to conduct discovery, demonstrate solutions, and build a credible business case for change.

As the Territory Sales Manager, Maintenance Industry, you will be accountable for the full commercial cycle within your assigned territory: territory planning, prospecting, customer discovery, demonstrations, solution design, proposals, forecasting, closing, implementation support, and long-term account development. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and technical resources to deliver a consistent customer experience and profitable growth. Ideally, this position will be based in the PA-NJ-NY area in order to service the Northeast Region.

Our People

They Own Their Day: We do not micro-manage. Our team understands the outcome, makes disciplined decisions, and communicates early when priorities, risks, or constraints change.

They Believe in a Team Approach: No one is expected to be a master of everything. We rely on each other, bring different strengths to the table, and build better systems together.

They Always Look Through a Customer Lens: Every process we build should make it easier to serve the customer accurately, reliably, and on time.

Your Impact

• Own and execute a Northeast territory plan that increases qualified pipeline, new-logo wins, revenue, and long-term account value.

• Build relationships across customer organizations, including technicians, reliability engineers, maintenance leaders, plant managers, procurement, finance, and executive sponsors.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, Operations, and technical specialists to accelerate customer response, adoption, and expansion.
• Represent UE Systems at customer sites, industry events, workshops, and professional associations while gathering competitive intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback.
• Follow all customer-site safety requirements, PPE standards, and UE Systems policies while maintaining a professional, solutions-first approach.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory, with approximately 50-75% travel depending on customer demand and territory development needs.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting, servicing, or leading maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, condition-monitoring, or related plant operations within manufacturing or another asset-intensive environment.
• Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, condition-based monitoring, rotating equipment, and common industrial failure modes.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Nice to Have
