Purchase Executive at Udaipur Mineral Development Syndicate in Jaipur

Role & responsibilities

• Procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate for the best commercial terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, store, and accounts teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid material shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
