• delivering effective risk management controls, high-quality trade support, and reliable settlement services.
• executing assigned processes and controls in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
• supporting the front-to-back equity trade lifecycle, from trade capture and exception management through clearance and settlement.
• understanding the risks associated with the business and function, and escalate issues appropriately.
• identifying, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions while maintaining a strong risk and control mindset.
• working across teams and functions to determine the best solution or course of action.
• contributing to process improvements, digitalization, and the continued strengthening of the control environment.
• providing responsive, professional support to internal and external clients.
