We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland in the team Obtaining Pension Solutions.
You'll get to:
• analyze the competitive landscape to derive actionable recommendations for product strategy and positioning.
• support agile, continuous development of new products, product enhancements, processes, and strategic initiatives.
• design innovative, customer-centric pension solutions and journeys that deliver exceptional value.
• support product communication and sales activation campaigns to strengthen market impact.
• collaborate within cross-functional teams in an agile pod environment to achieve shared goals.
