Summary: Uber is seeking current students to join as a Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern on the Postmates team for Summer 2026. The intern will conduct in-depth analysis and develop reports and insights to drive business performance, while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and managing projects. Responsibilities: - Analyze Data — Identify trends and build meaningful recommendations - Generate Insights — Based on the analysis, research, customer needs, feedback, and comments from our teams - Build Reports — Help the business make better, faster decisions and identify opportunities - Develop Solutions — Design solutions for customer and business problems, including testing - Operationalise Projects — Bring ideas to life with cross functional stakeholders and experts Required Qualifications: - Rising Senior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in data science, business, marketing analytics, or related field with at least one semester remaining after internship completion - Base proficiency with SQL, Excel and/or Google Sheets; including report and dashboard generation, pivot tables, and functions such as index/match or vlookup Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in Python, Tableau, statistical and programming languages - Interest in financial or operational forecasting, consumer pricing, revenue management, or marketing and/or social media analytics - Critical and structured thinking, with a natural curiosity and confidence to seek out answers, and propose solutions where there may not yet be an answer - Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a diverse audience - Strong project management skills, comfortable working independently at times - Self-motivated, solutions-orientated, with a bias for action - Strong organization and time management skills - An interest in the future of on-demand logistics - Awareness of social and cultural tastes and trends - Entrepreneurial mentality as a builder or fixer of businesses or processes - New York: Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini or similar) to support analysis, insights, or operational planning for large-scale initiatives - Los Angeles: Experience or interest in content creation, social media strategy, or brand engagement initiatives Required Skills: SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Report generation, Dashboard generation, Pivot tables, Index/Match functions, VLOOKUP functions Benefits: You will also be eligible for various benefits
