Job Description
The VP Marketing owns branding, communications, and mentee recruitment marketing for the Executive Mentorship Program.
Time Commitment
5–7 hours per week during regular program periods; 8–10 hours per week during recruitment campaigns and event promotion windows.
Term of Employment
August 2026 – April 2027
Main Responsibilites
- Manage EMP's Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter communications
- Design mentee recruitment campaigns during the September push
- Coordinate photography and video needs with CUS Visual Media
- Create branded materials for all events and external
communications - Maintain a cohesive EMP visual identity across all touchpoints - Support internal branding and merchandise as needed
Qualifications
- Design experience (Canva required, Adobe suite preferred)
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content strategy
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Comfort managing multiple communications simultaneously
