Associate, Technology II

Summary: U.S. Financial Technology (U.S. FinTech) is seeking an experienced Associate, Technology II to join our team of talented professionals. In this role, the successful candidate will be part of IT development, maintenance, and technical support work for systems used by various business divisions. Responsibilities: - Engage with project stakeholders to understand business needs and IT specifications - Prototype and design systems based on requirements and architecture specifications - Participate in design, code, and other relevant project reviews - Develop, improve, test, document, and implement solutions in various business applications and technologies - Fulfill production requests, and troubleshoot, triage, and resolve production issues/incidents by applying appropriate technical/development fix - Design, develop, implement, and shakeout infrastructure upgrades, fixes and patches impacting business applications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience - Minimum 1-3 years of related experience - Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future - SharePoint site design and development experience - Ability to set up and administer SharePoint libraries on behalf of customers - Experience with ServiceNow development - DocuSign document set up and administration experience - Experience maintaining a WordPress site, developing, deploying, and upgrading backend components, plugins, and themes - Hands-on HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular JS, and other web tools experience - Motivated to learn new technologies and identify process improvements and efficiencies - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming with experience in Java or other backend development - Must have good problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of relational databases - Must have the ability to listen to customers and colleagues, convey ideas effectively, and prepare written documentation - Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as a primary goal - Experience in creating reports, scorecards, and dashboards for Business Intelligence using Excel, Power Pivot, SQL Server Reporting Services, or any such tools - Must be willing and able to provide on-call support on a rotation basis for 24x7 support Required Skills: SharePoint development, ServiceNow development, SQL proficiency Important Skills: Java programming, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WordPress maintenance, Business Intelligence reporting Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer communication, Motivated to learn Benefits: Performance bonus, 401k match, Healthcare coverage, PTO, Broad range of other benefits
