Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class project management practices across theCorporateorganization. This role combines PMO governance with direct leadership of strategic projects, including innovation initiatives,building construction, renovations, demolitions,compliance programs, and cost-saving opportunities. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while driving process improvement, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and document project lifecycle policies, methodologies, and success criteria.
Oversee project governance processes, including approvals, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Develop and deploy standardized tools, templates, and reporting frameworks for project execution.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex projects using stage-gate and best-practice frameworks.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
Communicate expectations and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Identify and mitigate high-impact risks; troubleshoot issues to maintain project momentum.
Conduct post-project reviews and create recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach project managers and team leads; design and deliver training on project management standards.
Promote collaboration across multiple business units in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, computer science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of direct project management experience, including leadership of large, complex projects and PMO governance.
Experience in developing and deploying project best practices and policies.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
Special Job Competencies:
Strong organizational and detail management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business units and geographies.
Skilled in risk management and conflict resolution.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with JIRA, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
Supervisory:
May lead PMO team members and indirectly guide project managers across multiple projects.
Travel:
Travel requirements will vary by position and business unit.
