Management Level: P5 SUMMARY This role is based on-site at our World Headquarters located in Springdale, AR. This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and executing activities that will successfully increase fresh beef and pork sales within a specific region or customer portfolio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establishing and servicing new accounts. Managing existing fresh beef and pork accounts to increase market share. Selling boxed beef and/or pork in volume to large key accounts. Introducing and building sales of new products Effectively communicating customer, market, and performance insights. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience : 5+ years of experience in the fresh beef and pork industry in one or more of the following areas: Meat sales, Meat merchandising, Foodservice sales, Wholesale fresh meats operations Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
