The role
You’ll be part of the founding team. You’ll win new clients, set the strategy and creative direction, and work directly with the founder. The role grows into Head of Growth & Strategy as you hit agreed milestones. It’s for someone who wants to build something, not join something already built.

What you’ll do

• New business: build the pipeline, lead pitches and close new clients.
• Strategy: turn client problems into clear digital plans and campaign ideas.
• Creative direction: guide our content and design team, review work and raise the standard.
• Client relationships: be the main point of contact for clients and own the results.
• Building the agency: shape how we work, set up processes and help hire as we grow.

What we’re looking for

• 4–7 years in digital marketing, mostly at an agency.
• You’ve won clients yourself, or played a direct part in winning them, and can tell us who and how.
• You’ve worked on campaigns with measurable results, such as leads, sales or cost per lead, and can talk through the numbers.
• Confident with clients: clear in conversation and in writing.
• Works independently: you’re comfortable working remotely with a founder based in Dubai, and you act without being told.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, industrial or construction-related clients.
• Experience with clients in the UAE or GCC.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in marketing work.
• Experience at a small or growing agency.

This role is not for you if you want the structure of a large agency.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
