Job Description
Summary: Introba is looking for an Intern to join our Baggage Handling Design team in Irving for the Summer of 2026. This internship is your chance to be part of a collaborative community where you can expand your knowledge and sharpen your skills through hands-on, meaningful work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of baggage handling system components and layouts
- Support the preparation and review of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to track project progress
- Help maintain project schedules, deliverables, and documentation
- Attend project meetings and track action items and follow-ups
- Participate in design reviews, contributing to discussions and problem-solving
- Contribute to status reporting and communication with internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required
- Proficient with AutoCad and Revit
- Strong spatial perception and visualizations skills
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment
- Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior
- Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred
