Summary: Tyler Technologies is looking for Cybersecurity Interns to join their team this summer. The Cybersecurity Intern role will focus on supporting the day-to-day work of the security operation center (SOC) and responding to real-time security event alerts while providing high-quality analysis of clients' logs. Responsibilities: - Provide high quality analysis of Tyler Cybersecurity clients’ logs: firewalls, operating systems, web servers, etc - Remain up to date on current information security trends and research techniques in the industry - Possess excellent time management skills - Function effectively in a team environment - Display excellent written and verbal skills - Provide additional assistance as needed when staffing or workload issues arise - Communicate with clients in a prompt and professional manner - Provide high quality service to Cybersecurity clients as necessary - Assist Cybersecurity Team Lead(s)/Manager(s) in identifying potential quality related issues - Assist Cybersecurity Threat Detection Analyst in identifying potential threat detection related issues - Other duties as assigned by Tyler Cybersecurity leadership Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology, Cyber Security or similar - Familiarity with Information Security - Working computer networking knowledge - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Required Skills: Information Security, Computer Networking Important Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
