Summary: Tyler Technologies is seeking a passionate, talented AI Engineer to join our Document Automation Team and help create cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize AI models and systems to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Responsibilities: - Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability and performance - Work with large datasets, leveraging data processing techniques and feature engineering - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers - Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud services and containerization - Monitor and maintain AI models, ensuring performance, accuracy, and efficiency - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies Required Qualifications: - Basic understanding of AI technologies including large language models, natural language processing and data structures - Knowledge of Agile development practices - Basic understanding of javascript language - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or comparable work experience - Demonstrated proficient knowledge of software development practices, computer science theory, and understanding of relevant technologies - Demonstrated basic understanding of product architecture and all underlying technologies - Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment - Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and teamwork - Well-developed logical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment - Keen attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues Preferred Qualifications: - Additional experience with these technologies is preferred, but not required: Microsoft SQL Server - AWS Services Required Skills: AI technologies, Natural language processing, Machine learning pipelines Important Skills: AWS Services, Microsoft SQL Server Nice-to-Have Skills: Agile development practices, JavaScript, Teamwork, Communication skills, Problem-solving skills
