Convert successful one-off influencer collaborations into repeat partnerships and ongoing creator relationships.
Act as the day-to-day relationship lead for existing creators, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and connected to the brand.
Own creator retention activity, including repeat collaboration rate, active community size, creator engagement, and earned organic reach.
Work closely with the New Collabs Specialist to ensure a smooth handover from new creator outreach to ongoing relationship management.
Identify high-value creator relationships and recommend where the client should invest additional time, product, campaign opportunities, or partnership support.
Maintain regular communication with creators to encourage continued brand advocacy, organic content, and long-term partnership opportunities.
