Graphic Design Intern (June 22nd start, 12 weeks) at Twilio in Remote

They are seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join their Brand Team, where the intern will support design tasks and collaborate closely with senior designers and art directors. Responsibilities: - Support & execute: Assist Senior Designers and Art Directors in the production of high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and print platforms - Maintain brand consistency: Learn and apply Twilio’s brand guidelines rigorously, ensuring every piece of work, no matter how small, aligns with our visual identity - Iterate & refine: Take direction and feedback from creative leads to iterate on designs, helping to move projects from concept to final delivery - Production assistance: Prepare files for production, including resizing assets for various channels, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries - Collaborate: Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings, bringing fresh perspectives and a "builder" mindset to the table Required Qualifications: - Actively working on or have a Bachelor level degree in Graphic Design or 1-3 years of work experience in a design-related field - A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition - Early mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - An eagle eye for alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy - A hunger to learn, a positive attitude toward feedback, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously - A link to your portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your design thinking and execution (to submit on application) Required Skills: Typography, Layout, Color theory, Composition, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Growth mindset Benefits: Generous time-off, Ample parental and wellness leave, Healthcare, A retirement savings program
