Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and organized Freshers to join our team as Project Mapping Coordinators & Support Executives. The role involves coordinating with candidates and internal teams, maintaining project-related information, and providing day-to-day operational support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and map candidates to suitable projects and requirements.
• Understand project requirements and maintain accurate candidate details.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding interviews, project allocation, and updates.
• Track candidate/project status and maintain daily reports.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely communication.
• Support interview scheduling and coordination activities.
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and other project-related records.
• Handle day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
• Escalate issues or delays to the respective team members.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
