Role Summary
Turiance AI is looking for a Corporate Operations Lead to lead and execute the companys day-to-day corporate
operations, with direct, hands-on ownership of the HR function including leading HR execution and managing the
current HR executive. The role spans finance coordination, compliance and audit readiness, vendor and administration
management, and cross-functional process improvement, converting leadership direction into clear action plans and
ensuring timely closure of tasks. Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Operations, the Corporate Operations Lead will
bring structure, ownership, and day-to-day execution discipline to the operations function, while building toward broader
operational leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Operations Management
Own the planning, coordination, and tracking of key operational priorities across the company on behalf of the Head
of Engineering & Operations.
Maintain structured trackers for management actions, deadlines, approvals, pending items, renewals, and closures.
Prepare concise summaries, minutes of meetings, action logs, dashboards, and status updates for leadership review.
Coordinate with internal function heads to ensure timely completion of agreed tasks, escalating bottlenecks as
needed.
Strengthen operational cadence, reporting discipline, documentation quality, and internal process visibility.
HR Leadership & People Operations
Lead the HR function end-to-end, directly executing employee documentation, appraisal cycles, training completion
tracking, and policy acknowledgement drives.
Directly manage and oversee the current team/functionary, setting priorities, reviewing output, and ensuring
consistent, timely execution of HR processes.
Own recruitment coordination, onboarding, exit documentation, attendance-related follow-ups, employee records,
and engagement activities.
Drive HRMS workflow accuracy, ensuring employee-related data, trackers, and reports are complete, current, and
audit-ready.
Draft and circulate employee communications, policy updates, training notices, and compliance instructions.
Prepare HR-related reports and summaries for periodic management review.
Finance Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Finance on invoices, vendor payments, payment plans, expense tracking, budget utilization, and
supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly and quarterly operational finance summaries, trackers, and management updates.
Track payables, approvals, wire/payment requirements, vendor commitments, and pending clarifications.
Support internal financial audit readiness by organizing records, explanations, approvals, invoices, and evidence.
Compliance, Audit & Governance
Maintain documentation and evidence required for infosec compliance programs (ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II,
HIPAA, and similar), client due diligence, internal audits, and management reviews.
Coordinate audit evidence collection, policy acknowledgements, compliance confirmations, and closure of audit
observations.
Maintain audit trackers, risk registers, compliance action logs, evidence folders, and status dashboards.
Support preparation of management presentations, audit summaries, governance notes, and review documents.
Vendor, Contract & Administration Management
Maintain vendor records, contract trackers, renewal dates, scopes of work, invoices, service commitments, and key
points of contact.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, proposals, timesheets, invoices, service updates, and closure of open issues.
Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, periodic review, and compliance with internal vendor management
expectations.
Oversee office administration, facilities coordination, asset records, access coordination, and infrastructure-related
follow-ups.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Coordination
Identify recurring operational gaps and lead the creation of practical SOPs, checklists, templates, workflows, and
reporting formats.
Standardize trackers, internal communication templates, evidence collection formats, and reporting dashboards.
Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, Cloud, Administration, external consultants, and vendors, acting as a dependable
operational bridge between leadership and execution teams.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling HR, finance, vendor, compliance, and management
information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field;
MBA/PGDM or specialization in Operations, Finance, HR, or Compliance preferred.
7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate operations, business operations, HR/finance coordination,
compliance operations, governance support, vendor management, or cross-functional operations.
Demonstrated experience leading or directly managing HR processes, with the ability to supervise and direct the
output of an HR team member.
Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, IT services, consulting, fintech, or compliance-driven company environment
preferred.
Working exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, internal/financial audits, HRMS tools, ERP/accounting systems, or vendor
and contract management.
Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, and execution orientation, with the ability to convert leadership direction
into clear action plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare professional emails, reports, minutes, summaries,
dashboards, and presentations.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs,
shared drives).
Ability to handle confidential financial, HR, vendor, compliance, and management information with maturity and
discretion.
Strong organizing ability with attention to detail, deadline discipline, and comfort managing multiple concurrent
workstreams.
