Role & responsibilities

• RFQ Development: Generate RFQs from existing and prospective customers in the Construction & Mining equipment segment for Gears & Pinions (G&P).
• On-Time Delivery (OTD): Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of products as per customer commitments.
• Collection Management: Ensure timely payment collection and maintain Overdue (OD) at NIL.
• New Customer Development: Identify and develop new OEMs, equipment manufacturers, dealers, and end customers in the Construction & Mining segment.
• Quotation Management: Prepare and submit competitive technical/commercial quotations and ensure timely follow-up.
• RFQ-to-PO Conversion: Drive effective customer follow-up and negotiations to convert enquiries and quotations into Purchase Orders (POs).
• Market Development: Identify new applications and business opportunities for Gears & Pinions in construction and mining equipment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their current and future product requirements.
• Business Target Achievement: Achieve assigned targets for RFQs, sales, order conversion, collections, and new customer additions.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, customer requirements, market trends, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
