Associate Field Engineer at TSP in Phoenix, AZ

Summary: TSP is an award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned company providing IT services and talent solutions. They are seeking an Associate Field Engineer responsible for providing hardware support and installation of Everpure Storage and Cirrus equipment, as well as coordinating installation engagements and interacting with IT customers. Responsibilities: - Provide hardware support and installation of Everpure Storage and Cirrus equipment - Schedule installation engagements and coordinate the delivery of parts - Perform installation and configuration of Everpure storage equipment (unboxing, lifting, racking/stacking, etc.) - Interact with IT customers and TSP technical team members, including presales, services, and support organizations - Impact extends to customer technical representatives, including systems administrators and technical managers - Travel for training and work up to 75% of the time - Mandatory training: - Everpure Install web-based training – remote - Everpure Installation training (PIT) – in-person in Dallas, TX - NDU class – in-person in Dallas, TX - Weekend and evening work required, as are holidays Required Qualifications: - A strong sense of urgency, time management, and customer-facing skills are required - Must have a general understanding of Microsoft Outlook and demonstrate superb communication skills (phone/email/in-person) - Good job stability must be reflected on resume - Must be reliable, proactive, and possess the ability to take ownership of multiple engagements - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Must be able to lift and install equipment (up to 75 pounds) into customer racks - Must be fluent in English - Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: - Any IT or storage experience is welcome, but not a requirement - Exposure to data center environments preferred, but not required Required Skills: Hardware support, Installation of Everpure Storage equipment, Installation of Cirrus equipment, Data center environment exposure, Microsoft Outlook, Customer-facing skills Benefits: Incremental increases with additional training and certifications, View our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefits
