Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) Consultant to support the implementation, integration, and operational management of sustainability and ESG reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sustainability data management, SAP sustainability solutions, ESG reporting frameworks, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
•    Configure and manage SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) to support sustainability performance tracking and ESG reporting.
•    Configure data sources, APIs, file-based interfaces, and automated data collection processes.
•    Define, maintain, and govern sustainability metrics, KPIs, targets, and reporting structures.
•    Integrate SAP SCT with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EHS, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and external third-party systems.
•    Design, develop, and monitor sustainability dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports.
•    Support business users in sustainability data collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting activities.
•    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational sustainability objectives.
•    Support ESG reporting and compliance requirements aligned with frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and GHG Protocol.
•    Coordinate with Basis, security, and technical teams during system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
•    Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for sustainability reporting.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, reporting, integration, and system performance issues.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather sustainability reporting requirements and translate them into system solutions.
•    Develop and maintain process documentation, data governance standards, and user guides.
•    Conduct system testing, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    5+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years in SAP Sustainability solutions (SCT preferred).
•    Hands-on experience with SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).
•    Strong understanding of ESG and sustainability reporting processes.
•    Experience integrating SAP SCT with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EHS, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and external applications.
•    Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and GHG Protocol.
•    Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration concepts.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Experience in dashboarding and reporting tools.
•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience working on sustainability transformation or ESG compliance projects.
•    Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and cloud integration technologies.
•    SAP Sustainability or related SAP certifications are preferred.
•    Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or sustainability-focused industries is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
