Provides support and project coordination for fraud reporting initiatives. Responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating moderately complex reporting and data-related work across multiple teams. Operate independently and applies judgment to ensure accurate and timely delivery of fraud reporting solutions.
This is a fully on-site position based in Charlotte, NC. Teammates are expected to be in the office five days a week
Essential Job Functions
Coordinate and support fraud reporting projects from intake through completion
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate as appropriate
Facilitate meetings and status updates with stakeholders
Support requirements gathering for reports, dashboards, and data enhancements
Validate reporting deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and usability
Maintain documentation and support operational readiness of reporting outputs
Contribute to improvements in reporting intake and delivery processes
Provide guidance or support to less experienced staff as needed
Required Qualifications

High School degree or GED
Twelve years of experience in end-user support or a related discipline
In- depth knowledge in information systems networks and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices
Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
Ability to manage projects
Ability to implement complex problems by applying best practices
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting fraud, risk, financial services, or compliance functions
Working knowledge of reporting and data concepts (e.g., metrics, dashboards, source systems)
Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL)
Experience working with analytics or technology delivery partners
Project management training or certification
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Impacts operational effectiveness through coordination and execution
