True Guide Immigrations is looking for a female Telesales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Explain immigration, visa, and overseas employment services.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
• Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
• Build professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Previous telesales, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu is highly beneficial.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
