Machine Operator

Malvern, PA.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Shifts: 1st and 3rd

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery along the assembly line.
• Load materials into automated or semi-automated machines.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect products to identify defects early.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Record production data and complete shift documentation.
• Assist with basic maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of machines.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift and perform manual tasks (moving materials) for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
