Technical Trainer at Tritorc fzc in Qatar

· Develop training materials, presentations, SOPs, and work instructions.

· Deliver technical training.

· Conduct practical competency assessments and certification.

· Evaluate employee performance and recommend refresher training where required.

· Maintain training schedules, records, and competency matrices.

· Support project mobilization by verifying personnel competency.

· Participate in client audits and internal quality audits related to training and competency.

· Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for technical operations.

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial bolting, torqueing, and hydraulic tensioning.

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer.

· Sound knowledge of bolted flange joint assembly and flange management practices.

· Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, refinery, or power plant projects.

· Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
