Job Description
Summary: Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated and technically curious AI Business Analyst Intern to join their team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, identifying opportunities, building solutions, and driving measurable impact across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design and develop custom applications that enhance business decision-making
- Assist in the development and deployment of an internal AI chatbot within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, improving employee productivity and information access
- Analyze and identify business processes suitable for automation, contributing to the design and implementation of robust enterprise AI agents
- Connect and integrate the organization's Data & Analytics platform with internal and external data sources to enable smarter, real-time insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into AI-powered solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), or automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Services, Power Automate, or similar)
