Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team.

Compensation: $30-$33 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday position, Emergency on-call rotation, emergency calls on holidays & weekends

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•      Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests
  

•      Preventative maintenance
  

•      Prepare maintenance reports
  

•      Maintain maintenance budget & inventory
  

•      Provide excellent customer service 
  

•      Enforce policies of the Company
  

Requirements:

•      Must have at least two years of maintenance supervisory experience.
  

•      HVAC/CPO Certification preferred.
  

•      High School education or equivalent required.
