What You’ll Do
Mission & Values

Data Analysis & Reporting
Research, collect, and analyze operational and supply chain data to support projects, initiatives, and leadership priorities.
Develop, distribute, and maintain analytical and performance reports for key stakeholders.
Synthesize complex data into clear summaries, including visual and graphical presentations that highlight trends, ROI, and performance outcomes.
Leverage program and operational metrics to demonstrate progress and business impact.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend practical solutions, and lead efforts through resolution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on performance improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and patient experience.
Support ad‑hoc operational projects with timely analysis and data insights.
Systems, Processes & Compliance
Utilize multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials.
Maintain working knowledge of departmental processes and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows.
Apply knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices, and procedures to ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety.
Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Trinity Health’s Integrity & Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Supply chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environments
Prior experience within a Trinity Health facility strongly preferred
Ability to complete required education, training, and competency assessments
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 – $25.53
Actual compensation varies based on experience, education, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
