Job Description
Summary: Trimble Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Intern to provide assistance in product information and technical support across various business areas including Agriculture, Geospatial, or Construction. The role involves supporting customer-facing teams, developing technical resources, and learning to utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer-facing teams with implementation, support, and customer success needs as needed including with direct customer outreach
- Work closely with teams to help develop technical support and onboarding resources
- Provide input to team and manager on development of best practices
- Completion of special projects and tasks
- Learn and utilize AI tools, share learnings with team, and help team with adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experiences
- Provide end of internship presentation on key experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service or customer-facing experience
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English language)
- Ability to collaborate with team members both in person and virtually
- Strong problem solving skills
