Location: Lincoln, NE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Pay: $20–$24 per hour Work Setting: In-Person

Are You the Person Who Lights Up a Room?

At Trillion Health & Hormone, we believe an exceptional patient experience begins the moment someone walks through our doors. We're looking for an energetic, confident, and highly organized Patient Services Coordinator who loves working with people and takes pride in making every interaction a positive one.

You're more than the person at the front desk. You're the welcoming face of our clinic, the connection between our patients and clinical team, and the person who helps keep everything moving smoothly.

If you're naturally friendly, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy being the person who brings order to the chaos, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Create an amazing first impression! Greet patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Keep things running smoothly. Coordinate appointments, manage provider schedules, and help maintain efficient patient flow.
• Be a communication superstar. Answer phones, respond to patient questions, manage messages, and follow up on patient needs.
• Stay on top of the details. Register patients, verify insurance information, update patient records, and process payments.
• Be the ultimate team player. Work closely with providers and clinical staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Own your space. Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office environment.
• Make every interaction count. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care they're receiving.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You bring positive energy to work and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.
• You're confident, personable, and comfortable taking initiative.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing.
• You're dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in doing things well.
• You're comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• You enjoy being part of a team where everyone pitches in to get the job done.

Previous customer service or fast-paced service industry experience is preferred. Medical office experience is a plus, but not required. We're equally interested in candidates who bring the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for serving others.
