Summary: Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle, focusing on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate. As a Fullstack Product Engineer, you will build user-facing features and collaborate closely with product and design teams to create intuitive product experiences. Responsibilities: - Write TypeScript across the stack — React components, server actions, database queries, and API integrations - Own features from concept through production — including edge cases, error states, and polish - Build end-to-end features across our Next.js frontend and Supabase/PostgreSQL backend - Partner with product and design to define scope, prioritize work, and ship iteratively - Participate in code review and contribute to the team's engineering standards Required Qualifications: - Write TypeScript across the stack — React components, server actions, database queries, and API integrations - Own features from concept through production — including edge cases, error states, and polish - Build end-to-end features across our Next.js frontend and Supabase/PostgreSQL backend - Partner with product and design to define scope, prioritize work, and ship iteratively - Participate in code review and contribute to the team's engineering standards - Full-stack fluency — You're productive across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript/PostgreSQL). You don't need to be an expert in both, but you can build and ship across the stack without waiting on someone else - Strong product sense — You think about why a feature exists, not just how to build it. You ask good questions, push back on requirements that don't make sense, and care about the end-user experience - Quality bar — You think about edge cases, loading states, error handling, and interaction design.
