Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of Tremco products and categories as they relate to customer benefits and uses, their value proposition, and how they compare to competitive or alternate products and solutions - Building and performing roofing material demonstrations - Assist with Training Center projects - Introduction to Sales Coaching and Data Analytics - Develop understanding of the pathways career opportunities within Tremco CPG Inc Required Qualifications: - Graduate/pending graduation from High School or GED - Graduate of the Rising Stars program - Experience with MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook - Ability to grasp technical details - Strong organizational skills - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner Required Skills: MS Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
