Tree Climber (Heartwood - Charlotte, NC) at Tree Guardians · Charlotte

This role is located in Charlotte, NC at Heartwood Tree Care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced tree climbing, pruning, and removals
• Handle complex rigging and technical removals
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and heavy equipment
• Drive company trucks, CDL required vehicles included
• Watch for hazards and keep the crew working safe
• Communicate clearly with ground crew throughout the job
• Make sure job sites are cleaned up and left right

What We’re Looking For:

• Climber experience with SRT and DRT systems, spurless pruning, and advanced rigging
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred
• CDL Class B or A strongly preferred
• Strong rigging and removal background
• Able to lead a crew and make smart calls in the field
