Supervisor Housekeeping Linen at Treasure… · Paradise

Specific Job Functions:

• Monitor and ensure the stocking of clean linen in housekeeping locker rooms in accordance with established PAR levels.
• Supervise Linen Attendants in the safe and efficient operation of motorized carts used to transport full and empty hampers.
• Record and assist with the weighing and receiving of clean linen hampers delivered by vendors.
• Inspect linen and terry products for quality, cleanliness, condition, and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the linen dock and housekeeping locker rooms.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of Linen Attendants to ensure departmental standards are consistently met.
• Track, document, and report all linen discards, rejects, and rewash items.
• Assume the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Housekeeper as needed.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of progressive housekeeping or laundry operations supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience at a large resort hotel preferred.
• Previous experience using a weight scale preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
