Summary: Callaway Golf Company is a premium golf equipment, gear and apparel company with a portfolio of global brands. They are seeking a Finance Intern to gain practical experience in financial analysis, report generation, and support the Financial Ops team. Responsibilities: - The Finance Intern will report directly to a Finance leader and offer hands-on experience performing financial analysis and report generation - Generate monthly cost center variance reports - Assist with month-end reconciliation - Developing an understanding of company operations and reporting tools/practices - Participate in the monthly forecasting process - Provide general support to the Financial Ops team and complete special projects as needed Required Qualifications: - Currently matriculated student with at least 1 full year of coursework completed; coursework in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration helpful - Must possess high initiative and ability to be self-motivated with minimal supervision - Detail oriented - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, able to multi-task - Strong interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; and responsiveness - Good communication skills, both oral and written - Familiarity with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required Preferred Qualifications: - Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Analytics or Economics preferred - Knowledge of SAP is helpful - Previous related internship or prior experience preferred, but not required Required Skills: Financial Analysis, Report Generation, Cost Center Variance Reporting, Month-End Reconciliation, Forecasting, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP, Responsiveness
