Key Responsibilities
• Assist in handling customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
• Prepare holiday itineraries and travel quotations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and destination partners.
• Assist with bookings, documentation, visas, and travel insurance.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM.
• Provide support before, during, and after the customer's travel.
