Maintenance Engineer - SIRA at Trashcon in Sira

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all mechanical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in production machines, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other mechanical components.

• Inspect mechanical systems and diagnose potential problems to prevent equipment downtime.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment failures, and service reports.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to avoid production disruptions.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians and contractors as needed.

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) processes.
